Last year, we used the non-proliferation Open General Export Licence (OGEL) on a number of occasions to export our goods outside the EU, but I just noticed that the licence was revoked by the Export Control Organisation (ECO) and that website says that it is “no longer useful to exporters”. I don’t understand why it is no longer useful to exporters and I am worried that my goods might still need some form of licence. Can you advise?
