A

It is anticipated that this year’s flu vaccination campaign will be the most comprehensive ever, with a prediction of over 30 million people being vaccinated.

Providers are preparing for this year’s flu vaccinations for winter 2020/21, with delivery models looking quite different to those in previous years due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Many of the groups vulnerable to the flu are also more vulnerable to Covid-19. Consequently, ambitious targets have been set with a minimum of 75% uptake across all eligible groups and 100% for health and social care workers.
