Coronavirus PPE guidance for care homes

Public Health England (PHE) has published a range of guidance covering the supply and use of PPE during the Covid-19 pandemic in residential adult social care.

Key guidance is contained in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Resource for Care Workers Working in Care Homes During Sustained COVID-19 Transmission in England. This was originally published by PHE in June 2020 in PDF form. The guidance was updated as an online document in April 2021 and the older PDF version withdrawn. Since then it has undergone further updates.
