A

Continuing professional development (CPD) activities need to be “shaped by assessments of both your professional needs and the needs of the service and the people who use it”, according to the General Medical Council’s (GMC) Continuing Professional Development: Guidance for all Doctors. Doctors will be thinking about how their CPD can support the needs of patients and the wider community while improving the standards of the teams, organisations and services in which you work.
