I am concerned about the Russian sanctions that are in place. We have carried out Denied Party Screening (DPS) checks on a new enquiry related to an Israeli and Russian company, and nothing has been flagged. The documents we have received state that the end use is “commercial” in Russia. Doing additional checks, the Israeli company is a “leading global air parts and service support provider” while the Russian company operates scheduled domestic and some international helicopter services. This includes supplying helicopters to support the oil and gas industry across Western Siberia. It operates scheduled domestic and some international passenger services, scheduled helicopter services, as well as extensive charter flights with fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters in support of the oil and gas industry across Western Siberia. Do you think we should do any additional checks?
