I recently ordered a CO2 powered Airsoft BB pistol together with some CO2 capsules.

These have been delivered (having been chucked by the courier through an open upper window onto the hard floor of the conservatory). The capsules were in a closed padded bag, placed with the BB pistol box inside an opaque plastic wrapper.

On examination, the CO2 capsules which are of the sort often used in fizzy drink machines, have barely readable cautionary and other text showing they have 12g CO2, but they are not marked with classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) pictogram, name and address.

Should these capsules, and higher levels of packaging have been CLP-labelled?
