Will GB be adopting the 16th and 17th ATPs to CLP?

Not yet, this is where we start to see the first real stages of divergence. When the UK left the EU they agreed to adopt the 14th and 15th ATPs of CLP. But to date there are no plans to include the 16th or 17th ATPs, or in fact any after that.
