AEO status after EU exit transition period

Will our Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status still be valid in the UK after the end of the transition period when the UK is no longer part of the EU Customs Union? Is HMRC planning to give AEO authorised companies any preferential treatment with regards to their imports, eg fast track clearances?
