Induction of any new staff in social care will include training in the minimum standards of the Care Certificate. But it can be tricky putting this into a practical context in and across specialised services. To help with this, Skills for Care has created resources that support new staff who are taking on positions where more specialist skills are needed, such as dementia care or working with people with autism.
