Rehabilitation of Offenders

Generally, a person convicted of a minor offence does not have to disclose that conviction to a prospective employer after a rehabilitation period. Note that an employer is still free to employ an unrehabilitated offender; the law relates only to disclosure. The rehabilitation periods are as follows.
