Notice: compensation for illegal eviction — Grange v Quinn (2013)
Grange (G) was the tenant of a sandwich shop on a six-year lease. Quinn (Q), the landlord, lived above the shop. After six months in occupation, G was evicted for a breach of the terms of the lease because she had not kept the windows clean.
